Terms and Conditions

1. All products are ready stock. Customer to make full payment to confirmed order.
2. We encourage customer to make payment within 3 days after order made so that we can arrange and reserve the stock ASAP. Please take note that interbank transfer may takes more than a day.
3. All product pictures and measurement found on our website is provide by vendor and only for members reference and should not use as a standard to justify the real item that shipped to customer.
4. The color might be different from the picture. This is due to the picture might display different result in a different computer's hardware. 
5. We will not responsible for any material problem, material too thin, color contra, difference on sizes, uncomfortable, some small stain and etc problem.
6. Goods sold are not refundable/exchangeable
7. We accept stock refund under below condition:
   - The items we sent: wrong color, wrong size, and wrong items.
   - Dirt or stain more than 20sen that cannot be remove. (If can remove after wash-not entitle)
   - Others reasonable condition based on our judgments.
8. All price is fixed and non negotiable.
9. All price do not include shipping fees. Customers should bear the postage charges. Shipping fees are RM7 for West Malaysia and RM10 East Malaysia
10. Goods will be checked and wrapped properly before shipping. We will not be responsible for any damages/lost during shipping process. But we will help customer follow up with delivery company.
11. Order cannot be change after payment made. Money will be 100% refund if good is out of stock.
12. Please take note that there might be possibility for out of stock situation as stock is moving fast.
13. Buyer's personal details will be kept P&C.
14. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
15. We do not provided 'Cash on Delivery' service. Only shipping.
